that runs for 2 consecutive weeks

2 classes per week

There is a "10" person limit per class

Who Can Attend The Class?


Anyone OVER AGE OF 18 YEARS.


If you have never touched a weight in your life, THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU!

If you have experience in lifting and are in need of a refresher course, or you are overcoming weakness from some event, THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU!

If you want to explore the possibility of joining a gym or are thinking about getting on a strength training program, THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU!

When is the class?


Class (1) is WEDNESDAY, July 18, at 11am to 12pm.

Class (2) is FRIDAY, JuLY 20, at 11am to 12pm.

Class (3) is WEDNESDAY, JuLY 25, at 11am to 12pm.

Class (4) is FRIDAY JuLY 27, at 11am to 12pm.

How Do I Sign Up and Pay?

1. Call (615) 668-8760 TO SIGN UP OVER THE PHONE OR FOR ANY QUESTIONS AND OR CONCERNS.

2.  Once you pay, we will receive notice and confirm to you reception of your participation.

What Will I Learn?

You will learn the basic technique of gripping dumbbells, squatting with dumbbells, pressing with dumbbells, and moving with dumbbells.


You will learn 16 dumbbell exercises for life.
You will learn the five types of resistance training with dumbbells.
