Day passes are not free AT POE'S GYM.
You must CONTACT US before consideration of any visit. All visits must be made by appointment (only). We take no walk-ins. At times, we take no visitors.

We surely will consider all visitors. We are proud to say that we have literally had visitors from all over the world grace us with their presence.

We are also very loyal and respectful to all of our existing members and their payment to us, time spent in the gym, and their effort to be a part of our family. As result, preservation of members' PRIVILEGES to use our gym at any time without annoyances from non-members is a top priority.

 Hence, time and space in our gym is a commodity.

If Poe’s Gym feels you are a good fit for the gym for a visit, you may schedule by the hour within the below time frames.

 Monday through Friday –1p – 3pm
 Saturday –12:00pm – 1:30pm
 Sunday – CLOSED TO ALL VISITORS

 The cost is $75.00 per visit
