GENERAL RECITAL

Poe’s Gym is looking for 15 participants for a 9-workout micro-analysis on ITS new product called  “The Squat Box®”. 10 participants will come from poe's gym and 5 will come from outside of poe's gym to be screened by poe's gym.

All participants will receive a free Poe’s Gym Hat and, hopefully, accomplish, using poe's gym's personal, designed, box and program design:


1) Better spatial awareness while squatting.

2) Understanding the principal of accumulated velocity work.

3) A decrease of time (BASED ON SUBJECTIVE DATA) to reach maximum velocity of your bar while
    squatting and longer sustention of maximum bar velocity for an optimum squat finish

4) An increase in an estimated or real one-rep squat max (BASED ON OBJECTIVE DATA).

 WHY?

 Poe’s Gym is looking to build subjective and objective data through “The Squat Box®” as to determine effectiveness of “The Squat Box®” as a tool and the prescribed program as:

 1.  To test workout percentages from an estimated or real one-rep max

2.  To establish estimated improvements over a period of time through particular program      
     design

3.  To determine common cause variance percentages and special cause variance percentages
     for the safe use of “The Squat Box®”


 
WHERE?

The 9 WORKOUT MICRO-ANALYSIS will be administered at Poe’s Gym as Poe’s Gym houses “The Squat Box®”. Non-members of Poe’s Gym participating in the ANALYSIS will be permitted to use Poe’s Gym ONLY on days the box is used for the micro-analysis. Then, leave and come back on the next usage day.

SUMMARY PARAMETERS OF THE STUDY:

1. Participant must use “The Squat Box®” executing 9 workouts that can be done during an existing training cycle, before a new training cycle, after a training cycle, or during a new training cycle in the below ways:


Use “The Squat Box®” on a dedicated day for “light squat work”.
Use “The Squat Box®” on a dedicated “de-load day”.
Use “The Squat Box®” after a “scheduled leg workout”.
Use “The Squat Box®” on a dedicated day for “accessory work”.
Use “The Squat Box®” as a dedicated cycle by itself.

SPECIAL NOTE: During this 9-WORKOUT MICRO-ANALYSIS, “The Squat Box®” can only be used a maximum of twice a week no matter the type of training one chooses to use for the implementation. Only three participants per modality of use is offered in this MICRO-ANALYSIS.
